Very good job from the guys out of Kozani, that as time goes by are getting better. Classy Heavy/Power, with beautiful melodies, tight rhythm section and vocals with personality that characterize from other bands. Really they deserve the good works, since in every new release they present, they are improving themselves in all the sections (songwriting, production, layout…). The first track of this promo CD is a dynamic piece of Power/Heavy Metal called "Depression Of Ages". It has a great structure with very good riffs, but it's strong point, it surely is, its powerful, double-line chorus. The second one called "Reflections Of You", is a more slow paced track, with a very nice introducing melody, while here is evident the progress of Blades, since they have many alterations in their melodies with beautiful "symphonic" passages and a magnificent guitar solo. The only thing I can mention is that with the first listening I wasn't impresses so much, but the more I am listening to it, the more I like it.
