The band was formed on summer 2000. Biomechanical was initially managed by Steve Brown (the producer of 'The Cult' and 'The Mannix'). During that time founder member John K recorded a production demo of the concept album 'Eight Moons' with guitarist Steve Forward. The band was completed about a year later with Jamie Hunt on guitars Chris Webb also on guitars, Matt C on the drums and John Collins on the bass. Biomechanical have now released a production demo exclusively for record labels and management and a four track demo CD for websites/radio stations and magazines/zines (free MP3s can be downloaded from the official site site). The band is currently recording their debut album 'Eight Moons' and performing in the UK.
