A clear deep voice accompanied by a brachial throatkiller, what an unsuspected partie. Usually this kind of gatherings is known only to gothic bands, like the early Theatre of Tragedy albums, where Liv Kristine's inocent voice is almost viciously entangled by the deep dark voice of...well, sorry, but I can't remember his name ;-) Vintersorg is none of that. In fact, here we have two male voices screaming their lungs out. I've never heard of this band until a friend presented them to me some weeks ago. As usual, they come from..well, can you guess?
Sweden, yes, that's right. Their style varies along the whole album, but the most part of it can be specified as black metal. For the people who love Uriah Heep, the seventh track of "Cosmic Genesis" is called "Rainbow Demon" and is a well done cover of the original. Sincerely, this album rocks! You should give it a try
