I never heard any Custard album before. I knew them just from their songs in Accept, Scorpions and Abba Nuclear Blast tributes, but they certainly have great songs of their own. With a style between Manowar and Nocturnal Rites this guys play some of the catchiest metal tunes I´ve heard. If power metal means light speed drums and galloping riffs combined with amazing solos, then Custard has masterized this style.The singer was born to sing metal, he can sing hi and low notes without problem. Almost every track seems to be written to be played live ´cause sound like powerful metal hymns. Anyway Custard rules and you shouldn´t miss this album, it will surely became a favourite as fast as their guitar driven anthems.By the way make sure to buy the one that conains the "Blessed by the light" Bonus Track, its one of my favourites even with those "white metal" lyrics.
