band answered. We want to thank Gaby Sisti from NEMS enterprises for her help to conduct
this interview, you rule!
1.-Has the line-up changes afected the
band´s style?
I think that we could keep the essence of Angra, I could say that we found a good balance
between the traditional an the new caracteristics from Angra. When you listen to the new
album you can say: "Yes, it´s Angra!!!"
2.-Knowing how prestigious the band is worlwide, do you think that this new album
will satisfy Angra fans everywhere?
We are very happy with the results, we could feel around the world that the biggest part
of Angra´s fans approved the new album, we received a lot of awesome reviews about the
new album.
3.-Angra´s style is very diverse, but
you can find a big difference between the first albums and the latest ones like
"Fireworks", how will be the band´s style from now on, maybe like in one of
your previous releases or a brand new one?
In this new album "Rebirth" we intended to bring back the bases of
Angra, and we tried to keep the essence of Angra, but to the next albums we´re gonna
compose something different, but, of course heavy metal stuff.

has the audience behaved so far?
We began the Rebirth tour here in Brazil, and it´s wonderfull everybody is
singing both the new an the old songs, we can feel the happiness in the people´s faces,
the audience is going crazy.
5.-Are you musically satisfied with "Rebirth"?
Yes, we worked like a team, Dennis Ward was perfect as the producer and like a

an album that I can listen to all day long without getting bored.

We´re gonna record the next album, to be released in 2003, but we are thinking
about a mini album or DVD and Video-Clip to be released along 2002
8.-How important is this album in Angra´s career?
For us this album is very important ´cause we need to prove that Angra is alive,
we need to prove that the essence of Angra remains.I believe that this is the most
important time of our lives.
