We contacted the swedish band STEEL
ATTACK, an amazing band, wich with their latest album "Fall into Madness" afirm
why they are being called the new swedish sensation.Powerful riffs from start to the
end.After the last Wacken where they certainly wiped out everybody, hereīs what Jhon,
guitar of the band answered in name of the band.
1.-Who where you influenced by?
There are so many different influences in the band Steel Attack, everything from
instrumental to very hard metal. It is impossible to say any special band or so but the
loves we all share in Steel Attack are the love to melodic metal.
2.-What represented to the band to be in the Wacken open air?
A cool place to play at to, bad about the technical problems, we had the best stage sound
ever and you could hear yourself all over the stage in a perfect mix with the other in the
band. Out there where nothing of my guitar so there where no harmony lines no lead guitar
and no additional heavy chords out through the PA system.We really hope we will be back
and let the fans fall into madness.

3.-What
does the band plans to do,to promote the latest release("Fall into Madness")?
If we got a chance to do it our way, that would be to tour as much as possible,
but I don't know what our label are up to, there been lots of interviews phone and email
but we wish we will meet the Steel Attackers that support us at gigs.
4.-Is there any chance you would come to southamerica soon?
If we get the chance, we will take it right away to visit South America, but we sadly
don't know anything about tour yet
5.-Is the album as good as you expected?
Yes we are very satisfied with it, everything from the sound, to the final mix, the
mastering and the cover paint.
6.-Are you planning any tour (europe or abroad)?
Once again I must answer your question with I don't know. But we hope so. We know there is
something coming up but we don't know when it will take place.
7.-Today there are lots of bands involved with power metal with epic lyrics do you
think itīs a trend?
The funny thing is that when there are metal bands doing epic lyrics there are
always a discussion about trend or so, when it comes to other music where the lyrics been
about love and so for the last 20 - 30 years then no one talks about trend. I think the
way epic comes around is the way of fun of writing lyrics in that fashion. To tell it's a
trend? I don't know, I guess it is up to every single listener to judge that.
8.-As I said before,with so many bands doing epic power metal,has been though to
make yourselves a name in todays metal scene?
I think as long as you don't try to copy any other bands sound and you are really
into your thing, you will make it.But if you are a band that follows the rest all the
time, you will have a harder way to go. Not fact, just my view to the today's metal scene
9.-Any final words?
