Italian bands just get better every day.Secret Sphere´s latest album "A time never come" is a bit more "progressive" than their debut,"Mistress of the shadowlight". But there are still those great power metal tunes with killer guitar & keyboard solos and drums able to drill all trough your head into your brain. The production of the album has been very well threaten, divided in chapters that presents a story with the same mystical topic as its predessesor. The inital tracks reflect some slight changes in the bands style , but nothing to be worried about. More keyboards don´t make a band sounds lighter but a bit, more "progressive" as I already said. The voice is as sharp as on "Mistress.." being this one of the highlights of the band. Some "trashy" riffs give a darker ambience in some of the tracks contrasted with the heavy tunes that predomine the album. The band has improve in musical structure and syncronization, wich makes them sound a more professional than in "Mistress..".The orchestration and the use of instruments not usually heard on a metal album give a sensation of musical mature, eager to proof anything. Being this their second album,Secret Sphere has a great future at least in my opinion.
Score: 8/10
