Author: Blaze
Genre : Heavy metal
Album: "Sillicon Messiah"
RCA Victor 2000

When I first listen to this CD I thought that it was pretty bad, because I expected a more "Maiden" sound and I found some "Chemical wedding" stuff, I mean, what the hell was Blaze thinking while he was recording this album?.A lot of songs seems to be taken from a grunge album, with this kind of material Blaze will go down...well that was my first impression, but just like a friend of mine says "a good album needs to be heard a lot", and he was right.Songs like "The Brave", "Born as a Stranger" and "The Launch" apeared to be excellent and other songs like "Ghost in the Machine", "The Hunger" and "Reach for the Horizon" became pretty good after the first seconds of deception.
Iīve got the Japanese import version of this album and(lucky me)it has a fantastic Bonus track called "The day I fell to Earth", which, quiet frankly, is one of the best songs in the album.
Well I donīt want to say that "Sillicon Messiah" is crap, but itīs not that good to be buyed, so donīt get it if you are short on money...maybe you should go for another choice.

Score: 6/10
