Awesome! Nocturnal Rites proves with The Sacred Talisman that Swedish power metal isn't dead at all ! With plenty of influences from bands such as Helloween, Gamma Ray and Yngwie Malmsteen they manage to deliver a bombastic record, fantastic from the beginning to the end! Just listen to songs like Destiny Call , The Iron Force, Hold on to the Flame and Glorious.
A god damn catching album, a must have for any power metal / neoclassic heavy metal lover.
