Info:
Isengard was a
folk/black metal solo project from Fenriz of Darkthrone. Just like
Darkthrone the sound quality is deliberately very low.
The name:
The name Isengard comes from the book Lord of the Rings.
Isengard's logo was taken from an old Lord of the Rings RPG called
MERP. Isengard, a translation of the Sindarin Angrenost, was a
large fortress. Both names mean "Iron Fortress". |
