Not much is know about BLACK MAGIK. I discovered this band on mp3.com while I was searching for unsigned/nderground metal bands to help promote. What really caught my attention was the name. Obviously, a band name does not necessarily depict its sound. However, most of the time, you can tell what to expect. GOTHIC KNIGHTS would be goth or power metal. They are a GREAT power metal band. BLACK MAGIK, I thought, would be a thrash or old-school metal band. It turns out that they were a thrash metal band, from somwhare in Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, there was never a bio, contact info, or ANYTHING to go by to help this band & find out more about them. The only information provided was a band name, logo, state/location, and a few songs. Since the downfall of mp3.com, I have taken the liberty to host BLACK MAGIK's songs here, in the same way they were hosted on mp3.com: as free downloads. All I ask are two things: ONE is for people to check them out. They're not bad, and I wonder what happened to them. Perhaps someone knows. TWO is for anyone that was in this band to contact me. Those of you who have met me know that one of my goals is to HELP OUT bands in the tri-state area and beyond, whether it's handing out promo-cards, word of mouth, or whatever.
