New York just keeps revealing one great band after another. Euphoria are no exception to that statement. After several line-up changes, this band has struggled with finding its own unique sound. Their first vocalist reminded me of James Rivera of Helstar. This guy had Jame's look AND vocal execution.....it was something else. After his departure, Zandelle's frontman George took vocal duties and gave the band a new fresh start, along with a lively bassist in former Twilight Odyssey bassist Gennady. Gennady's stage presence gives Steve Harris a run for his money in a BIG way. It's as if this guy came off a boat from the European Metal School (if such a school exists). Guitarst Mike executes an onslaught of Yngwie Malmstein guitar playing. Add all that in with some Symphony X and Angel Dust influence and you've got Euphoria. THAT is a suitable name, eh???!!
Currently, Euphoria is seeking a full-time vocalist.
